あいまい母音の撤去
あいまい母音(簡単に言うとアクセントのない母音)というのがあります。
丁寧に発音されたときには誰にでも聞き取れると思うのですが、実際の会話になると非常に弱い音だったり、単に息が出てるだけだったりします。「はっきりした音があるはずだ」と思い込んでるとその部分を聞き逃し、単語を特定できないために「あれっ？」という感じになります。そこで、音の消失が起きても頭が対応できるように、あらかじめ無音になるパターンを頭に"覚悟"させておきましょう。
ここでは語頭のあいまい母音の練習をします。たとえば about という単語など、ネイティブが喋ると(ときには)boutとしか聞こえないことを経験された方は多いと思います。最初のあいまい母音が非常に弱く発音されるからなのですが、このような語を聞き逃さないためにロボット(潜在意識)に解釈のヒントを覚えさせておく訳です。
あいまい母音を大胆に抜いた発音で実際に口に出してみましょう。馬鹿々々しいと思うかもしれませんが、多少音が聞き取れなくても対応できるようになります。

語頭のあいまい母音に慣れよう
最初の "間" だけをわずかに残しつつ、あいまい母音を抜いて発音してみましょう。
勿論これはリスニングの訓練ですので、自分が英語を喋るときにはちゃんと音を入れてください。
